Tam bir fiyasko .Hijyen ,temizlik ve nezaket sıfır .Peşin ödememe rağmen otelde kalamadım ,yatağın içinde kıllar vardı .Odaya sigara kokusundan giremedik.Paranıza yazık olmasın Yalnız Marmaris te değil Gaziantepteki yunus otelden bahsediyorum

Красивый 1й этаж, сам ресторан, входная группа, декор, ещё играла живая музыка. Первая линия, расположение. На этом все. 1) Нет нормальной горячей воды, еле теплая идет, комнатной температуры, для сезона норм, но кто так же как мы путешествует круглый год, будет мерзнуть. 2) Вай фай слабенький, работает с перебоями. 3) Номер небольшой, самый обычный за такую цену, я думала, там будет поуютнее, не просто белые стены. 4) В номере платные напитки и всего 1 бесплатная бутылка воды 0,5л на 2 персоны, первый раз такое встречаю, мелочь но это о многом говорит и очень неудобно. Заехали поздно вечером после долгой дороги пришлось идти в магазин за водой. А у соседей 1 на 3х людей. 5) Затрак 100 грамм на человека, большая красивая тарелка на которой 2 оливки, 2 чайные ложки варенья, 2 помидора черри, чуть сыра, зелени и 1 яйцо и чай можно попить, все остальное будьте любезны покупайте. Ещё раз за такую цену проживания должен быть шведский стол как везде. Тут никакого разнообразия, ни хлопьев детям ни яичницу как везде. Все покупайте. И очень не понравилось поведение и растерянность персонала: 1) При заселении они не могли найти оплаченнкю бронь, не знают Островок. ру, заставили ждать, потом попросили отправить бронь им на почту, потом на другую почту. 2) На ресепшн спросила где завтра сказали ьам, указали что в ресторане, зашла, не поняла, куда идти и никто не подошел. Нашла в углу человека, спросила где завтрак, сказали просто садитесь, села, принесли меню ресторана, в общем асе как то странно организованно. В итоге заказала щавтрак ждала минут 20 и принесли сто принесли. 3) Ещё такой момент, бывает, что отель разрешает поздний выезд, продлевает чек аут на 1-2 часа, если трансфер не скоро приходит, а тут отказали, все платное у них. Вообще в этом отеле проживание дороже, чем в других треках, и гораздо хуже сервис и качество всего. Рекомндую отдельных ауразия, он рядом и там все гораздо лучше, там не надо доплачивать за каждый шаг. А тут захотел воды это "экстра" плати, хочешь задержаться на час плати 30 евро, хочешь на завтрак доп кусочек помидора плати как за 3 кг помидор

We spent five nights at Yunus Hotel during the shoulder season, when the town was quiet and the promenade half‑empty. The location is the hotel’s biggest strength: it sits right on the seafront, maybe ten meters from the sand, exactly in the middle of the long walkway that connects the port, the old town and the Blue Port mall. With bike lanes running the entire stretch, we could rent bicycles and reach any point of interest without effort.||||Our rooms felt recently refreshed. Furniture and bathroom fittings were clean and solid, the mattresses comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked quietly through the night. The balcony was not huge, but two people could sit there comfortably while our daughter played beside us. Blackout curtains did their job and kept the street light out. Housekeeping came every day and was punctual and friendly; slippers and a small key‑lock safe were provided, which we appreciated even if we barely used the safe.||||The shower room was in good shape, with liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner, plus a wall hairdryer that actually had some power. Hot water arrived quickly and never surprised us with sudden cold bursts, although the shower pressure did drop a couple of times and then recovered on its own. Breakfast won’t impress anyone with variety, but it was consistently tasty and enough to start the day. You can eat inside in a non‑smoking room or outside facing the promenade, and hotel guests get a small ten‑percent discount at the à la carte restaurant.||||The hotel’s beach is a typical city stretch of sand with small pebbles. Loungers, umbrellas and side tables are in good condition, and beach towels are issued and exchanged right there in a chest by the attendant. Getting into the sea is easiest after the first five to ten meters, where the bottom becomes even; near the edge we sometimes stepped over a couple of larger stones. On calmer days it was a pleasant place to spend a few hours.||||Connectivity depends on where you sleep. In the left wing on the fifth floor the Wi‑Fi struggled, likely because one router serves the corridor; in the right wing (we had room 505) the signal was strong and fast thanks to two nearby routers. A few practical details are worth knowing: the room comes with one key card and the power slot accepts only the original, the minibar is paid and fairly priced, and the fridge stays on when you leave the room though its internal light can be a bit bright at night. The in‑room cups are paper; we solved morning coffee by picking up two glass mugs at the Migros five minutes away.||||If you care about a quiet night and a strong connection, it helps to ask ahead for a side sea view on a higher floor, preferably the right wing, and a room away from the lift or stairs. A “twin + extra” setup and a baby cot were provided quickly when requested in advance.||||Overall, Yunus Hotel is exactly what a good seafront three‑star should be: central, clean, recently refreshed and run by attentive staff. The occasional dip in shower pressure and the weaker Wi‑Fi in part of the building were minor issues for us and didn’t overshadow the stay. I would happily return.

Kleinschalig hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers. Het restaurant bij het hotel serveert heel erg lekker eten! De medewerkers in het restaurant zijn super behulpzaam en gastvrij, zij maken dat je je welkom voelt.||Het minpunt vinden wij het strand. Het lag vol peuken en dat vinden we ronduit smerig. Jaren teug werd het strand schoon gehouden en vlak geharkt. Dat was nu ook niet het geval. Daar is verbetering gewenst!

"İyi ki gelmişiz" dedirten, bir çok şey yaşadık bu hafta sonu.. Mutfağınız muhteşem, aşcınızı kutluyorum.. Çok şaşırtan hızlı servisiniz var.. Restoran bölümünde bizimle ilgilenen , çalışanıniz Damla hanıma çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kalabalık grup ile geldik, canlı müzik Sibel ile eğlendik ve muhteşem iki gün geçirdik.. sahil yolundan yürüyerek, Marmaris kalesini ve çarşısini gezme fırsatımız da oldu. Güler yüzlü, saygılı ve sabırlı personele çok teşekkür ediyoruz... Artık, Marmariste konaklama ve eğlencede tek adresiniz Yunus otel olacak..
