On Thursday, 3/7, we received a delivery of three frozen yogurts—completely melted—more than an hour after placing the order. Given the 40-degree weather, they were inedible and had to be thrown away. We immediately contacted the shop. The manager acknowledged their mistake and promised a refund. However, after following up with Wolt, we were informed that the shop refused any compensation, claiming it wasn't their fault—despite admitting otherwise earlier. We attempted to reach the shop again, only to be ignored and refused further communication. As a regular customers , we find this level of dishonesty and disregard for food quality and hygiene unacceptable. We will no longer be ordering from an establishment that fails to take responsibility for its own mistakes and shows such poor customer service and questionable hygiene standards. Other customers should take this as a warning.
