Villa Park Apart İstanbul

Owners were very helpful and approachable. Whenever we called they would respond quickly. Quite flexible with check-in/out. I would give better rating but for the following serious issues. Generally property was very unclean with broken shower heads, no fan in room (no AC either) just small table fans!! AC: Only 1 in the enitre 3 bed flat!! Pretty hot, especially if you have family and in summer. 1 bathroom between 10 people and even that was pretty unclean. Property has water supply issues which wwe weren't notified so 10 people without shower!! I would say its child Unfriendly due to lack of AC and water supply issues.

Locație foarte bună. Domnul Mehmet atent la cerințele noastre. Camere curate supermarket în zonă. Aproape de autogară,parcare privată peste drum. Sigur voi reveni!

Very good. Strategic location

Stategic location. Close to Trem train, close to Metro train, close to Pharmacy, many shops near there, close to health clinic, owner's kind & helpful while i was there. If i go again i'll definitely rent there again, highly recommended????????

Alojamiento en buena ubicación, cerca de comercios y tranvia. Ideal para grupos de amigos o familias. El anfitrión muy atento, nos dio indicaciones y recomendaciones que nos sirvieron de mucho. Como para repetir.

Not a Three Hotel, It's an Apartment. And there is no reception, no breakfast etc. You will get Free Parking in the Street if you are lucky enough, otherwise there's paid parking and the rates depend on the mood of its gatekeeper, I paid 10€ per day for 6 Days. But better to go for the paid parking. There is an Airconditioner, but only for the Hall, not for Bedrooms.
