Vess Hotel

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious and modern, bathroom is big with big shower room. The staff is very helpful and polite always ready to fulfill your needs. Emre and his colleague wich I forgot his name were very helpful always polite and smiling, thank you guys. Room was clean and have been cleaned regularly even on the check-in we were advised room cleaning is on request only. Breakfast was continental and they offered omelette with it if you want, there is no other service like lunch or dinner but you can have food from outside and eat in the dedicated area.

I stayed in this hotel for one night and I will never forget it! The toilet in my room was not cleaned. I asked them to clean and disinfect the toilet. The person who was supposed to do this job did not know how to work with those materials! I decided to change the room, but the toilet bin was still full and the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned. The breakfast is not a buffet and is very small. Overall, it is not a good hotel. I took a picture of the mirror in my room when it was steaming. I don't know why it was like that. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Considering the cleanliness of the room, I didn't dare to visit the spa.

Чудесен хотел - 14 нощувки имах и на всеки 2 дни ми смениха кърпи, чаршафи, закуската също беше много добра, имах и паркинг пред хотела, което за мен беше от голямо значение. Препоръчвам го❣️

El hotel es muy pequeño. Las ventanas son horribles,puedes escuchar todo el ruido de la calle. Las paredes son muy finas, se escucha todo el ruido de los vecinos.....

A cool and compact hotel, decorated with great taste. The rooms are spacious — mine even had three beds! Everything is clean and well maintained. If you look very closely, you might find small details to complain about, for example in the bathroom, but they are really minor. What truly makes this hotel special is the service. I was welcomed at the reception by Emre — a young but extremely service-oriented professional. It’s clear that he genuinely tries to help and resolve any issue. This kind of attitude is real added value in hospitality. Many thanks to Emre and the hotel management for the warm atmosphere and excellent service. I honestly give this hotel five stars!

I stayed here with my family and really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive, and the location was excellent, close to the subway. They helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable, and I highly recommend it

I stayed at Vess Hotel & Spa for 10 days with my two little children while my husband was in Istanbul for medical tourism, attending his dental appointments. During this time, I spent many hours at the hotel with the kids, and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for us. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely cared for and responded to every need we had with warmth and professionalism. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was quite spacious, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the hotel’s location is excellent — with plenty of shops within walking distance. Although they don’t offer a buffet-style breakfast, they are more than happy to bring you a second or even a third plate if you need more, which was a lovely touch. Another thing I appreciated was that housekeeping only comes upon request. For our family, this was perfect — no knocking on the door early in the morning, yet whenever we needed anything (toilet paper, fresh towels, etc.), the staff provided it immediately. Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel and truly grateful for the comfort and hospitality we received. I would happily return and highly recommend it to other families or anyone visiting Istanbul. ????

Чисто, Уютно, близько до метро 5мин, багато ресторанів поруч, кава чай, сніданок вкл, персонал много любезен, рекомендую.
