The food was absolutely amazing… and the service even more!! Ali was the very best! We felt very welcome here :)) We shared the mezzes, and everything was very tasty! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Вкусно до слез! Изобильно)) мы брали завтрак на 4ых на 6 человек и из за стола все выкатывались с легкой одышкой, еще и с собой забрали еду.. Тыква вяленая в кофе с тахини и орехами приятно впечатлила :) спасибо менеджерам и официантам за теплый прием и заботливую суету, которой нас окружили ♥️

We have eaten breakfast/brunch in four continents for nearly 25 years.. This place easily lands in the top 3 of our experience thus far. No need to jump into the details of the different components but kaimak combination with honey and dry nuts otherworldly. Excellent hospitality and attentiveness. Absolutely recommended. The best breakfast in the world is the “Van” Breakfast, originating from South East Turkey. A king’s (or a queen’s) breakfast – with a wide ranging sweet and savoury dishes, cheeses, butter, the very special “Kaymagi”, and the scrambled eggs. I am not listing out the whole spread – it needs to be experienced. If you don’t have the time or space to visit Van, then the next best thing is to visit Van Kahvalti Evi in Istanbul. A 10 minutes walk from Taksim – this breakfast place is always reliable, and will leave your with heart and tummy full!

Excellent breakfast! Highly recommend.

We visited this restaurant on the first day of our trip. The traditional Turkish breakfast (kahvalti) was very tasty, so much so that we chose this breakfast for the entire trip. But what I liked most was the atmosphere of the place and the people there. The entire staff is extremely friendly, and they will advise you on what goes best with what. We also learned that they are from Van, which is where the restaurant gets its name. We recommend everyone visit!

I definitely recommend getting the supreme breakfast so you can try all the delicacies that this place has to offer. The entire breakfast was amazing - from the spreads to the jams, and the eggs to the cheeses. The kaymak was phenomenal. So was the cheese from Van. The service was also great and friendly. We had a great time conversing with the staff. They even gave us Turkish coffee on the house. I highly recommend this place for breakfast. You won’t regret it and you’ll want to come back again and again!
