Konut kredisi başvurusu için gittiğim şubede hem bilgilendirme süreci çok şeffaftı hem de personelin yaklaşımı çok içten ve profesyoneldi. Formlar, oranlar, ödeme planı derken aklımdaki tüm soru işaretlerini giderdiler.

Özellikle yavas davranan,sizin siranizken telefonuyla konusuyor baskasiyla ilgilenecek kadar gevsek ve rahatlar..

Kafalarına göre millete sıra veriyorlar öne geçiriyorlar. Devlet bankası olduğunu hissettiriyor. Zamanı bol olan arkadaşlar gidebilir.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Any question you ask the staff they say that's not my job. And then don't try to help you. I was there on two separate instances this week and all the staff was busy on the phone, the tellers were nowhere to be found but lots of people waiting to be served. When someone complained they were told to go to another branch if they didn't like it. I should add there's time to drink tea and coffee and chit chat but no time to help customers. The worst bank in town so much so that I withdrew all my money, closed my account. No one asked why I was closing my account but I said the service was terrible and received absolutely no response. Everyone there is on a power trip, it seems. The only helpful person is the security guard and I assume the lady that brings tea to everyone. I went to Ziraat Bank in the çarşi because their service is stellar and I was in and out in 10 minutes with a smile on my face.

Masada oturan vezneciler telefonu, sohbeti bırakıp ilgilenselerdi 5 e kadar beklemez başka bankaya giderdik. Günümüz yandı, yarın başka bir bankaya gideceğiz.
