Tuzla Hortum is the ground floor of a residential building. It is less than 7 years built and is a nice and quiet place to live. There are a few construction residential building going on, replacing old earthquake prone buildings. A new police station is right in front of building. They have beautiful public park, playground, free government poly clinic, childcare Centre, public park, and many other places within working distance. It is in the Asia part of Istanbul, very low crime rate, and quiet area.
