Extremely disappointing experience with Turkish Airlines. I was denied boarding at the boarding gate for my flight from Istanbul to Dammam by the gate staff, after passing all security and passport control checks. I hold a valid Saudi visa and my passport clearly shows multiple Saudi entry and exit stamps. The gate staff falsely claimed that my passport does not allow travel to Saudi Arabia. I explained that I regularly travel to Saudi Arabia with this same passport and was there just two months ago. When confronted, they gave vague, invented excuses and falsely claimed regulations had changed. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. This arbitrary decision caused me serious stress and financial loss. I do not recommend this airline.

I had some questions about my flight, you are greeted very friendly when you enter the mill. They don't keep you waiting and if you have to wait even a little while they immediately apologize (which in my case was not necessary) as I do not speak the Turkish language and waited a while for the gentleman who spoke fluent English. The woman behind the counter was also very helpful and did the preparatory work. Top service, here they are ready for you with a smile. They provide very clear information and are very efficient. Thanks again for your helpfulness.
