I bought a Turkcell tourist SIM here and was charged 3000 TL, only to find out later my actual plan costs 175 TL according to Turkcell’s own messages. When I asked for clarification, they dodged the question and gave vague answers. Complete overcharge and zero transparency. Was told they signed me up for a full turkish GTM line even though I specially asked for the tourist line. I WAS OVERCHARGED AND WENT THROUGH FRUSTRATIONS, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF. If you’re a foreigner, avoid this place at all costs. I reported this to BTK and Turkcell customer service for fraud. You’ll save yourself frustration, money, and wasted time. They quickly try to sign you up for something you dont want and when you complain they state its allowed to charge anything they want due to competitive market laws & have a no refund policy: LMFAO. As always if you are a tourist save all receipts and file complaints to have businesses held accountable for their disgusting actions.

Kesinlikle buradan işlem yapmayın. E-sim için başvuru yaptım, 600 TL bir ücret talep etti, müşteri hizmetlerinden sormuştum 136 TL olduğunubelirttiler, Kendilerine illettim, ama buna rağmen serbest piyasa dedi ve 600 TL istedi. başvuruyu iptal ettim.
