No feasible customer service whatsoever, the store clerk didn’t deem us valuable enough to even fulfill the simplest of tasks, checking our balance. We were told payments are not possible at the moment, no card and no cash. Whatever question we had, we were directed to the customer service hotline, which was not helpful at all. Less Services for more money than the competition is Turkcell’s trademark, even as a long time customer, would defiantly not recommend.
