This shop scammed me. I went in looking to buy the "tourist welcome pack", costing 149 TL. They charged me for the 'Super Tarife' for 289TL, and then changed the plan back to the tourist welcome pack I had asked for. During the payment process they hid the amount by pretending the credit card machine didn't work so they'd have to take my card to the other till to charge it there. This appears to have been a deliberate way to extract more money from a tourist who didn't speak much Turkish. For all I know, they've probably signed me up to a 24 month reoccurring plan...
