I went to Vodafone first in kalkan where the man ripped me off and sold me a SIM that did not work and would not refund so I went to turkcell next to deniz bank and the guy got me a SIM fitted it tested it got it all working. Also said if you have any problems ring me and I will help you with it. I will always come back here. Perfect service.
