This is by far the best place to go for all your cellphone needs. The owners are extremely helpful and honest. They referred me to the official Turk Telekom building just so I wouldn't have to pay any money to fix the e-sim issue Turk telekom headquarters caused. But because I was short on time (and have very little patience with incompetent government workers) I insisted on getting it done at their store (if you look at the 1 star reviews of the official headquarters, you can easily understand why I chose to pay out of pocket instead of using the supposedly "free" but extremely painful service TT provides, if it provides that is.. Before I forget, their service fee was way below the ongoing rate for this kind of service. Very strongly recommended!
