A very kind lady, although I don't speak Turkish and she doesn't speak English either, we quickly agreed and everything was finished in less than 10 minutes. It was a problem with the IMEI number, and after that I asked her to suggest a more affordable package of services. around 5 pm there was no crowd, only one client who was leaving.
bu kadar berbat bir işletme yoktur...içeri girdim 13-14 yaşlarında bir kız çocuğu elinde telefonla oynuyor... 5 dk bana niye geldiniz diye soran olmadı... sonra lütfen sordu...içeriye bir bayana seslendi ama cevap yok ...beklemeye devam....o hala tlf la oynuyor...10 dk sonra bırakıp çıktım...başka yerden hizmet alın
Super bad quality of service. I have made the contract for home internet almost three weeks ago. And I still have no internet without any explanation. I don't recommend this company. Will cancel the contract
