This branch is really useless, every time i go to them with an issue they never fix it, they don’t have enough knowledge , i don’t know why they are open or even there, yesterday i went to them and asked for a new sim card as my phone got stolen , the lady over there couldn’t make it and she told me to go to another branch, However ,it was the simplest thing to do as a sim card company, plus that she was speaking in a very rude way , and then i went to the nearest branch to them , they made it within minutes. Avoid this place at all costs , go to any other branch specially if you are a foreigner, you can go and try but trust me you will be wasting your time they never know how to do anything , they are there only to scam tourists and make them pay for tourist sim cards.
