Update: My mother did want a size they didn’t have but instead of helping her select a different shoe, the employee said “okay good bye” and walked away. Interesting shoes and my mother wanted to buy a pair. However, the employee there was rude to her and we left rather quickly. It’s too bad. Better to go to Dogo and get a pair there than deal with rudeness.

Web sitesinden terlik siparişi verdim,görüntü çok güzel ama ürün sert ve rahatsız,dolayısıyla ürünü iade etme hakkımı kullanmak istedim ancak karşımdaki ilgili beni doğru dürüst dinlemeden iade almadıklarını söyledi!!Bu nasıl bir anlayıştır anlamadım.Web üstünden bir alışverişte ürün kullanılmamışsa, geldiği gibi iade hakkı var tüketicinin.Sonuçta denemeden nasıl karar verelim.Bir daha alışveriş yapmayacağım yer.

Bugün mağazaya gittim, Türkçe veya İngilizce bilmiyorum. Servis mükemmeldi! Dilin zorluğuna rağmen benimle ilgilenirken çok sabır, ayağıma uygun ve beğendiğim ayakkabı bulmakta zorlandım. Bu mağaza ve sahibi için övgüden başka bir şeyim yok. Bot çok güzel, çok mutluyum! Today I went to the store, I don't speak Turkish or English. The service was excellent! The boot is beautiful, I'm very happy! Hoje fui a loja, não falo turco nem inglês. O atendimento foi excelente! Muita paciência ao me atender mesmo com a dificuldade do idioma, dificuldade de achar um calçado que coubesse nós meus pés e que me agradasse. Só tenho elogios para essa loja e o proprietário. A bota é linda, estou muito feliz!
