We were a party of seven visiting Istanbul and reached out to Çırağan Palace hoping to make a reservation. Instead of receiving a straightforward response about availability or assistance with booking, we were sent a very long, generic email listing restaurant descriptions and numerous policies and restrictions. For a luxury property of this caliber, we expected a more personalized and accommodating approach, especially for a group reservation. The response felt impersonal and did not address our specific request, leaving us uncertain whether our reservation could even be accommodated.

Hello! I visited your restaurant, Tugra, twice at the beginning of June, and I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience. Ilkkez deneyimledik. Ortam ve hizmet süper. Bizimle mert bey ilgilendi. Sunumlari, anlatimi güler yuzunden cok memnun kaldik. Lezzet ile ilgili tatlilari daha iyi olabilirdi. Ambiyans ve ikramlar cok guzel
Arrived at 8 for a 50th birthday with my partner. The appetizers were great. We spent 20 minutes trying to find someone who could tell us when the food would come and someone said they would check and no one ever came back. At 10pm I asked for the check and we left. Dysfunctional service and complete neglect.

Servis çok hızlı ve kibar ortam özellikle balkonda çok güzel
Yıldönümüzü kutlamak için agustos ayında gittik. Çırağanın manzarası hizmetini zaten anlatmaya gerek yok. Sadece o gün aşağıda deniz kısmında bir düğün vardı bu sebeple cok gürültülüydü. Yaz aylarında gidecekler şenmamme eşliğinde yemek yemek istemiyorsa buna dikkat etsinler:)
Konaklamamızı Çırağan Kempinski de yapmışken akşam yemeğimiz için Tuğra restoranı tercih ettik, ürün kalitesi inanılmazdı en basitinden ekmek; yeni nesil bilmez bu akşam çocukluğumda yediğim gerçek ekşi mayalı köy ekmeğininden yedim, ekmeğin kokusu beni çocukluğuma götürdü. Lezzetler hazırlanırken Anadolu’nun orijinal ürünleri kullanılmış ve klasik Anadolu yemekleri imza atılarak gurme tatlara dönüştürülmüş. Şefimizin emeğine sağlık bu lezzetleri dünya mutfağına tanıttığı için. Ayrıca lezzet seçiminde yardımları, güler yüzleri, bilgileri ve hoş hizmetleri için Zeynep hanıma ve Mert beye şükranlarımızı sunarız. Tavsiyem Herkes bu deneyimi hayatında en azından bir kere yaşamalı .
My wife and I tried the degustation menu at Tugra Restaurant, Cirigan Palace. The setting with an excellent view of the Bosphorus is beautiful. The service is friendly and professional. The food, every course was served at a good pace , explained and beautifully presented. Every dish tasted divine. It was a wonderful dining experience. The portions may not appear big, however the quality and richness of the food made serving size perfect. Plus, for a Michelin recommendation, in a luxurious hotel, it was a fair price. So worth it.
