This hotel is a complete disaster and a total tourist trap. The location is terrible — hidden in a dark, dirty and unsafe alley that feels disturbing the moment you arrive. This is absolutely not a place where any normal traveler would feel comfortable. At check-in, the receptionist tried to scam me by selling a so-called internet SIM card that never worked. They took the money in advance and then completely ignored the problem. Very dishonest behavior. The room was beyond disgusting. A strong, rotten smell, extremely poor hygiene, and mold everywhere in the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy and clearly neglected for a long time. Showering was practically impossible. This is not just unpleasant — it is a serious health hazard. We only stayed one night because we arrived very late at night and had no alternative. The next morning, we left immediately and changed hotels. Despite the unacceptable conditions, the hotel refused to refund any money, even though I had prepaid for 5 nights. This place should not be called a hotel. It is unhygienic, unprofessional, and clearly designed to take advantage of tourists. Avoid this place at all costs. Staying here is a waste of money and a risk to your health.

We are not satisfied as we selected and pay for dulex room but when we went there they giv another room and said that we will give you room which you selected but after 3 days they give more thn worse room even we payed for dulex room top room very bad which i dont like we are tourist we choose room we paying for our choice

j'ai passé une semaine très agréable, emplacement excellent, je le recommande vivement pour un petit budget.

This hotel is located in an incline alley of Sultanahmet old town. But the view is so beautiful if you wake up early in the morning and turn left side to catch the seaview with seagulls.
