The Owl Cave Hotel

We stayed for two days, but the water ran out on the first night. The receptionist said the pipes froze. This is unacceptable since they are used to winter weather. They should have prepared the pipes properly and informed us beforehand.

During check-in, one of the receptionists was quite rude and made several inappropriate remarks, which may have been due to a lack of experience or young age. Unfortunately, the way we were spoken to was insulting and affected us personally, which is the main reason I am giving a 3-star rating. However, the other staff member present at the time was very helpful, understanding, and professional. We would also like to appreciate the lady who prepared our food—she was very kind and welcoming. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay, but we also experienced an issue with the room temperature, as it was uncomfortably warm.

Odalar temizdi ancak yatak konforu iyi değildi. Gece üşüdük ertesi günü ilgilenip ekstra battaniye verdiler. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Mutfaktaki personelin güler yüzlüydü memnun kaldık. İlgi ve alakaları için teşekkür ederiz.

temizlik,resepsiyon,ilgi ve hizmet tam anlamıyla harikaydı. Temizlik açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebileceğiniz bir yer. Manzara açısından terasları çok güzeldi kahveniz eşliğinde göremeyi izlemek gerçekten çok keyif vericiydi. The Owl ailesine ilgi ve alakaları için teşekkür ederimm

Today I took part in a Turkish coffee-making workshop at The Owl Cave Hotel. Everything went wonderfully; the host Ugur was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Even though only I had signed up for the workshop, he invited my parents to stay and attend the process, and also offered un traditional Turkish tea. Before the workshop began, we were given a traditional Turkish ensemble consisting of an embroidered vest and fez, and the finished coffee was served with Turkish sweets. |The only suggestion I have is to include a bit more historical background on the coffee making brewing method.
