Ufaklığı babaannesinde bırakıp karımla bir gece kalıp dinlenelim, spa yapalım dedik. Oda buz gibi, ısıtma sistemi ısınmadı, ısıtıcı istedik. Spa rezervasyonu yapalım dedik, spa telefonunu hiç açmadı, resepsiyon biz sizi arattıracağız dedi ama malesef o kadar ısrara rağmen dönmediler. Masaj yapan kişi ile, telefona bakan aynı kişi imiş. GERÇEKTEN BİR KABUS İDİ. Otel ve Odalar yeterince eski. Gerçekten kabustu. THE MARMARA ya geldiğimize inanamadık

Beautiful Adults-Only Escape with One Important Caveat My partner Steve and I stayed at The Marmara Bodrum as an adults-only retreat so many times, overlooking Bodrum Bay and Halikarnassos, and in many ways it truly excels. The elevated location offers breathtaking views, the design is elegant and understated, and the overall atmosphere is calm, refined, and very grown-up. The rooms are spacious, quiet inside, and extremely comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel is professional, warm, and discreet. The pool and common areas are peaceful and well curated, making it a wonderful place to unwind away from the bustle of Bodrum. However, for a hotel positioned as adults-only and tranquil, smoking on balconies and loud behavior late in the evening significantly detract from the experience. Smoke travels easily between rooms, and noise carries far more than expected in what should be a serene environment. This hotel would reach an exceptional standard if smoking were fully prohibited (including balconies) and balcony noise more actively managed. Overall, a beautiful property with great potential — ideal for couples seeking calm, provided these issues are addressed.
