The marine hotel is good location and good ambiance hotel a very accommodating staff and a good service

I stayed in the room with my mother. The rooms are very small and the closet is for a single person. There is an approach that focuses only on money. The prices in the bar downstairs are very expensive. While we were staying at the hotel, while my mother was taking a shower, the shower cabin glass exploded and broke. We have not received any kind of apology or get well soon phone call regarding this. On the contrary, they charged an extra fee of 2500 TL. I did not accept the payment either. The officer at the reception said we could not leave without paying, so I notified law enforcement and we filed a complaint. Except for the guy working at the bar, we were not at all satisfied with the room furnishings and the staff at the reception. Thanks to the guy working at the bar, he took care from the first day to the last day. He is a friendly person who deserves more than his salary. I gave one star for him. Other than that, disappointment. You may not be very pleased with your stay at the hotel. Moreover, if the glass of the shower cabin is broken like we did, you will experience many misfortunes and they may also ask for a fee. Do not pay because tempered glass is not a situation caused by excessive heat or cold, that is, the customer. We applied to the necessary places. I wish you had hired someone who is friendly, sincere and hard-working and who appeals to the general public, instead of employing a reception staff focused on a single nation. Employees are the faces of the business. The receptionist at a hotel is the brand of that hotel

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Odalar deniz manzaralı ve çok temizdi. Tüm dostlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.

Merhaba eşimle birlikte ugradıgımız bir oteldi konum ve denize sıfır manzaralı olması ayrı tabi şansımıza iyi biryerde konakladık ve mekanda hizmet çok iyiydi herkez güler yüzlü özellikle resepsiyondaki Fatih beye ayrıca ilgi ve alakasından ötürü teşekkür ederiz bize çok yardımcı oldu..odalar gayet temiz sabah kahvaltı ayrıca güzeldi balkonda deniz manzarasına karşi çok şık yolumuz düştüğünde Trabzon’da tekrar uğrayacağımız bir otel ve tavsiyede bulunurum ve memnun kalcağınız bir otel şahsen biz memnun kaldı teşekkürler…

İstanbul dan geldik gayet şık bir Hotel odalar temiz çalışanlar nazik ve kahvaltısı da gayet güzel ???? bu Hoteli tavsiye ederim..

Trabzona geldiğimde kalmıştım. Cok beğendik 4 gece kaldık. Personeller çok ılgılı otopark cok buyuk odalar cok temiz ve kahvaltı acık bide serpme kahvaltı gıbı sürekli tazelenıyordu. Manzara denize sıfır. Böyle bir otelde böyle bir fiyata konaklamak cok hoşumuza gitti ayrıca odalardaki terlık şampuan ve dış fırçası kıtı bazı 5 yıldızlı bir otelde konaklıyormusuz gıbı hıssetırdı. Odalarda cay su kahve İkramı jest olarak bızı tatmin etti. Tavsiye ederım

Öncelikle otel konum olarak gayet başarılı bir yerde manzarası olsun konumu olsun eşimle 2 gece konakladık personel ilgisi harika özellikle Fatih bey’e deyinmeden edemeyeceğim ilgisi alakası fevkalade idi kahvaltı bir tık daha iyi olabilir..
