We with our 2-year-old daughter had an amazing stay in The Lume Boutique Hotel Bodrum. We are genuinely so happy with the level of care and kindness we received throughout our entire trip. Every single team member in the hotel made us feel welcomed and looked after. A special thank you to the reception team(Dogukan and Hussain, who were always smiling, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and always made sure we were comfortable, which really made a difference with a small child. The spa staff were incredibly professional and kind, creating a peaceful and relaxing experience for us. And of course, the kitchen and restaurant staff — the food was wonderful, and they were so sweet and attentive, especially with our daughter. The way all departments worked together with genuine warmth and care truly impressed us. Every request we had was met immediately and with great professionalism. It felt like everyone in the hotel really cared about our comfort and happiness. Highly recommended for families — we would happily come back again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable!

Absolutely loved the whole stay, honestly it felt like my friends ran a hotel and I was just chilling with them. The service, jokes, breakfast, spa and the hospitality was amazing. All in all, felt like a home away from home.

Great location for walking to the city or Bitez, staff amazing and super friendly, made us feel very welcome! Really good value for money and family room was perfect! Would stay here again in Bodrum.
