We stayed at this hotel for one week, and unfortunately the experience was mostly disappointing. The only real positives were that the room was cleaned every day and the room itself was relatively fresh and not worn out. The location was also convenient for us, as it is in an area we are familiar with. Everything else was a big minus. The service was basically nonexistent. We were traveling with a small child, and we asked for a baby crib. The staff said “yes, yes,” but then completely ignored the request. The same thing happened when we asked for a shoehorn — again, ignored. These were small but important things for us, and no one cared to help. The sound insulation is terrible. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms — people talking on the phone, coughing, even burping. It felt like there were no walls at all. On top of that, a guest in the neighboring room was constantly smoking, and the cigarette smell came straight into our room. At night it was unbearable. The whole room smelled of cigarettes, and we couldn’t sleep properly, especially our child. Another issue: the room had three single beds. We asked the staff to connect the beds so we could have one large bed, but no one did it. In the end, we had to move and push the beds together ourselves. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are visiting Istanbul for the first time or traveling with a child. Good cleaning and location are simply not enough to compensate for the lack of service, noise, and discomfort.

Das Hotel ist Preis-Leistung technisch top, die Zimmer sind sauber und man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Einzelbetten fande ich jedoch relativ klein, man konnte zwar drauf gemütlich schlafen aber es war kein Luxus. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. In der Gegend gibt es viel Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Station Göztepe (Marmaray) ist auch nicht weit entfernt d.h man ist gut in die Innenstadt gebunden. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Einzelbetten empfand ich jedoch als relativ klein. Obwohl man darauf bequem schlafen kann, bieten sie keinen besonderen Luxus. Das Personal des Hotels war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl von gastronomischen Möglichkeiten. Die Station Göztepe (Marmaray) ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen, sodass eine gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt gewährleistet ist. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Çok güler yüzlü bir işletme sağ olsunlar bundan sonra Göztepe deki ilk tercihimiz ayrıca ilk defa bir otel odasından iğrenmedim oda tertemizdi.

Ankara’dan her geldiğimizde tercih ettiğimiz bir otel. Daha önce Kadıköy’de aynı fiyatlarda farklı otellerde kalmış biri olarak söylüyorum ki bence müthiş. Odalar temiz ve düzenli, ayrıca yataklar çok rahat. Resepsiyonda Melih Bey ve Ayşe Hanım vardı; ikisi de bize her konuda yardımcı oldular, çok yapıcılar. Onlara da teşekkür ederiz. Kötü yorumlara aldırış etmeyin, çok şaşırtıcı insanlar var; cidden hayret edilesi ????
