I brought in my water-damaged phone, and instead of fixing the actual issue, they charged me €100 to replace the screen — which wasn’t even broken. Thirty minutes after leaving, the exact same problem came back. I returned, and for another €30 they replaced a sensor, guaranteeing it would work (even though Face ID would stop working). Guess what? An hour later, same issue again. No refund, because “at least the screen works now.” But surprise surprise, it doesnt. Total rip-off.
A very good shop very helpful every thing was up front
I arrived in Antalya needing a 90-day SIM. Reviews suggested this shop as the best in the locality. Reviews were correct. A very helpful man assisted me, thankfully he speaks excellent English (for those of us who are yet to learn anything in Turkish beyond hello, thank you and please). Excellent service, I got the right product at the right price, and he put in the SIM and ensured connection, with instructions for top-up etc. 100% recommended, thank you!

Clean, air-conditioned shop. Prices clearly displayed. Enough English to process a tourist SIM purchase easily. Pay by card. A normal first world shop, just what you want. No negotiating or extra prices for tourists. Very good.
İletişim sıfır. Arıyorsun çıkan yok, geri dönmesini bekliyorsun tık yok. Zamanında teslim som dakika yetişti, yurt dışına gideceğimden dolayı çok geçe kalındı. Sonuç telefon su almış yeniden çalışmaya başladı ama ama aporlör olmuyor.
