Very nice man, Ercan I believe was his name. Cute shop with decent prices on turkish towels and other higher end clothing items. This shop gets confused with the lower end "souvenir" gift shop next door to it hints some of the bad reviews. Those reviews are for the place next to this, not Ercan shop.

日本から旅行で来ました。 たくさんあるお土産屋さんの中でも、安く売ってました。隣の絨毯屋さんと同じ系列だからなのかな？ お土産で可愛いポーチがたくさん手に入れられました。 絨毯屋さんのお母さん？とお孫さんでしょうか？とても明るく楽しく接客してくれてとても好印象です。 後から続々と入ってくるお客さんにもとても親切に対応してました。 布製品をお探しなら是非一度行ってみてはいかがでしょう。

Amazing work, we bought two beautiful cashmere and silk poncho, they have it various patterns and the quality is insane! I've never seen work like this. Complete scam with cheaply made product. The sales lady is extremely rude and try to trick us with crazy exchange rate. Try to avoid at all cost

What a beautiful shop!! I got a few towels, big and small both.. There were so many varieties to choose from, some with star fish, turtles, floral, skulls.. they all looked very beautiful. I had a nice conversation with the shop owner also.. he was really kind to me .. I would definitely recommend this shop if you want buy some nice souvenirs from your Travel to Cappadocia.

Si vous achetez, ça me parle beaucoup pcq vous êtes les premiers clients qui arrivent chez nous auj. Si vous n’achetez pas, ça me rapporte du bad luck. Donc si vous n’avez pas envie d’en prendre deux mtn, vous achetez une pour que j’aie du good luck. — ce que le patron me disait lors de visite. Ça m’énerve bcp.
