Özel güvenlik arkadaşlarımız ellerinden geldiğince görevlerini yapmaya çalışıyorlar, ancak düzensiz sistemden ötürü ( yanlış sıra vermeleri, randevu kontejanlarının olmaması v. b.) millet mağdur olmakta. İçerideki çalışan arkadaşlar ellerinden geleni yapamaya çalışıyorlar ancak TC GÖÇ idaresi konusunda yenibirs yazılımsal sisteme geçmeli ve bunu bütün birimlerinde sokması gerekir. Gelenlere şimdiden sabırlar diliyorum.

Bu gün abim için gittim dışarıda bekledim kapıda ki güvenlik abi çok güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Sadece işlem yapacak kişileri alıyorlar içeri. Şikayet ediyorlar ama bence güzel bi şey çünkü içeride boş kalabalık olmuyor işlemini yapan çıkıyor sırayla gayet düzenli bence. Everything was great and easy. They were smiling all the time and treated us well.????

DO NOT COME HERE First they let me wait in line before getting in the actual building, and then they put us in what I can only describe as a sheep pen; limited seating warehouse segregated by iron fence, and then the distribute number with no order whatsoever. Then they give me the wrong kind of number usually given to residency permit applicants and I was here for address registration, so I had to go through the process twice. I came at 11 am and now it's 2 pm and I'm going to have to wait again. The security guards complain about people "breaking" lines when the line in question is a clump of people they do not bother to organize. The cherry on top is that the staff speak not a word of English and that's the case for all IMMIGRATION, and I say if again, IMMIGRATION centers in Istanbul that I've seen, it's like they do it on purpose. Being someone with you who speaks Turkish, it will make it a little easier. And if I have to recommend a better immigration center, try the one in fatih. It's crowded yes but at least I've seen a modicum of organization in there compared to this.
