I got referred to the clinic by a colleague who got a very successful hair transplant. I enquired about eyebrow transplant after years of tattoos and having to draw them everyday. The clinic is very welcoming with friendly staff, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and everything was explained to me fully. I didn’t feel any pain during the transplant or after and the aftercare was also explained and provided. Transfers from the airport and hotel were also all organised. The hotel is very nice and has all the facilities needed. Highly recommend!!!

Saç ekimi sürecim boyunca klinikteki ekip çok ilgili ve profesyoneldi. İşlem öncesi her şeyi detaylı şekilde anlattılar ve tüm sorularımı sabırla cevapladılar. Ekim sırasında kendimi güvende hissettim. Klinik çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Sonuçların daha da güzel olacağına inanıyorum. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. ⭐⭐

Amazing experience from start to finish. Zehra was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making us feel comfortable right away. Cuneyt was also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Even as someone there to support a friend, I felt just as welcomed and cared for. Every aspect of this journey was seamless thanks to the Sule Team. Highly recommend.

10/10 First class treatment. Staff are friendly and very informative. I've had a previous hair transplant before this one with another company (I won't name) and I can safely say Sule is a different league. Worth the money, super helpful, can't recommend enough!

J’écris ce commentaire 4-5 mois après mon implantation capillaire. Le résultat est vraiment bluffant. Contact très facile avec la clinique, prise en charge complète et ils possèdent des traducteurs pour la plupart des langues. Je recommande amplement leur service, d’autant plus que les prix sont très corrects par rapport au marché!

Everyone was very good at responding to emails and Whatsapp messages. The procedure went smooth and staff answered and any all questions. There were no surprises with the procedure and there was assistance around to help translate if Turkish is not your first language. Follow the instructions but also be specific on updates.

Absolut unseriös und nicht vertrauenswürdig. Bei mir endete die Erfahrung katastrophal. Ich hatte Wochen im Voraus geplant, Urlaub genommen sowie Flüge und Hotel gebucht alles umsonst. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal so enttäuscht wurde. Obwohl der Termin fest vereinbart und garantiert war, war die betreffende Person nicht anwesend. Vor Ort versicherten mir mehrere Mitarbeiter, dass die Person gleich käme, was jedoch nie geschah. Man schickte mich schließlich weg mit dem Versprechen, mich anzurufen. Stattdessen hieß es per Nachricht zunächst nur, dass der Termin für den nächsten Tag stehe. In der Nacht wurde ich dann jedoch angerufen und mein Termin, der eigentlich für 06:00 bis 07:00 Uhr morgens angesetzt war, wurde verschoben. Die Begründung: Ein „wichtigerer“ Kunde sei vorgezogen worden. Da mein Urlaub und die Flüge exakt auf diesen Zeitraum gebucht waren, war eine Verschiebung unmöglich. Als ich daraufhin stornieren wollte, wurde meine Anzahlung einbehalten. Zudem ist die angeblich ‚kostenlose Beratung‘ faktisch nicht kostenlos, da im Falle einer Absage der Vorauszahlung einbehalten werden. Nach meiner Absage schlug auch der zuvor freundliche Ton sofort in ein sehr unangenehmes Verhalten um. Wenn man eine Kontinentalreise für einen Termin auf sich nimmt, muss man sich auf die Einhaltung verlassen können. Ich hänge nicht am Geld, aber bei einer solchen Unzuverlässigkeit ist eine Rückerstattung das Mindeste. Ich kann nur jedem raten, Zahlt nichts im Voraus und plant Puffertage ein, falls ihr dort wirklich hinwollt. Es gibt zahlreiche fachkompetente Kliniken, die deutlich professioneller arbeiten. Hoffentlich bleibt euch diese Erfahrung erspart.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Erfahrung in der Klinik Hairmedico und bei Dr. Arslan Die Betreuung ist äußerst individuell – man fühlt sich als VIP-Patient, nicht wie in einem Fließbandverfahren. Pro Tag werden nur maximal zwei Operationen durchgeführt, was Qualität und Aufmerksamkeit zeigt. Dr. Arslan und sein Team sind fachlich exzellent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I had a hair transplant here back in December, it’s been a couple months and from the staff to the doctor to the aftercare team, everything has been great and kind. They walk you through every step of the process and the aftercare team is available all day long where they address any questions you may have during this stressful process. Highly recommend this place!

From start to finish my experience with the Sule Clinic. The clinic gave clear and accurate expectations of the procedures as well as the transportation. Few days after the procedure the clinic followed up every day to check and make sure all was good. I would recommend to anyone looking to get hair transplant surgery. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

So far, so good with my hair transplant process. The Sule clinic has been very good with communication and the overall experience. I chose this from recommendations of other patients I knew. I look forward to seeing the end result.

Ich hatte eine top Erfahrung in der SULE Klinik. Meine OP war vor ca. 3,5 Wochen und die Heilung ist problemfrei abgelaufen. Fatma stand seit dem ersten Kontaktpunkt bis heute nach der OP ständig zur Verfügung für meine vielen Rückfragen. Was diese Klinik aus meiner Sicht auszeichnet im Vergleich zu anderen Alternativen, sind folgende Punkte: - vom türkischen Gesundheitsministerium zertifiziert, hohe Standards werden eingehalten - eingespielte Teams mit mindestens einem Arzt / Chirurgen führen die OP durch - gute Größe der Klinik, es ist keine „Massenabfertigung“, dennoch gibt es klar definierte, strukturierte und optimierte Prozesse - Top Service, jederzeit erreichbarer Ansprechpartner per WhatsApp Auch vor Ort war der Ablauf absolut fließend, ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett, geduldig und zuvorkommend. Stand jetzt würde ich mich wieder für Sule entscheiden und es absolut weiterempfehlen. Natürlich werde ich in einigen Monaten nochmal ein Update vom Resultat geben.
