Kasiyer siparişi tekrar tekrar söylememize rağmen yanlış girmiş ve yanlış ürün geldi sonra değiştirelim dediler ve ekstra basa basa söyledik İce diye iki defa tekrar etmeme rağmen sıcak geldi. bu kadar para verip böyle rezil muamele ile karşılaşmamız hiç akla sığar bir durum değil.

bir hafta önceI walked 15 minutes to there to buy a coffee and they had 14 minutes left before closing exact at 23:46 and they refused to give me service and they told me they were closed which door was still open to customers and customers were sitting there drinking coffee and they asked me to go cross street to Espresso Lab!!! Very unprofessional

bir ay önceThe staff were so rude and service was so bad they are keeping the coffee on the table without calling or even helping us which coffee is for whom and the force the customer to buy the other thing rather than what they orders, the coffee that they I received is tasting only water because i refuse to add extra shot , i faced 3 staff and all of them was same attitude.

bir ay önce여자직원 주문할 때부터 세상 불친절했는데, 이름표에 CIN이라고 적혀있어섴ㅋㅋ 이거 뭔 뜻이냐고 물었더니 웃으면서 China라고 하는거,,,인종차별 처음 당해서 매우 기분이 안 좋네욤^^! 커피에 수돗물 탄다는 리뷰도 있길래 걍 다 버렸슴당ㅋㅋ 한국인들 여기는 절대 가지마세요~ From the moment I placed my order, the female staff member showed a very unfriendly attitude, including inappropriate facial expressions and gestures. During the order process, I noticed that “CIN” was written next to my name on the cup, so I asked what it meant. The staff member laughed and responded, “China.” As an Asian customer, I found this remark extremely offensive and discriminatory. This was the first time I have personally experienced racial discrimination, and it made me feel deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. I believe that this behavior does not align with Starbucks’ values of inclusion and respect. I am requesting that this incident be properly reviewed and that appropriate action, including staff education and training, be taken to prevent such behavior in the future.
