On top of that, when I politely asked whether it could be cut in half, the employee responded offensively by saying, “You cut, not me.” This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a world-class brand.

We were hoping our visit here would be a treat, instead is was a $20 disappointing mistake for drinks for 2. Instead of an iced shaking espresso with cold foam, I received a full glass of milk with two shots. They also refused to make pistachio cold foam while advertising pistachio drinks.
