Mitarbeiter sehr unmotiviert. Das Hauptproblem war aber der Cappuccino. Die Sojamilch stank, er schmeckte faulig und ich habe den einfach stehen gelassen. Was auch wieder niemanden zur Nachfrage motivierte. Mit fiel bereits beim herstellen des Cappuccino auf, dass der Barista einen Teil der Milch aus der tüte in den Ausguss kippte. Dann schüttelte er den Rest der Box. Man sah sofort, dass überhaupt kein Schaum vorhanden war. Sowas von ich von Starbucks eigentlich nicht gewohnt.
The worst service I ever had in Starbucks. The staff basically deceives customers. They talk about Ready Brew as if it were a complimentary item and then charge for it. I clearly ordered two Iced Americanos, but I was given Americanos made with Ready Brew instead. The employees working here should feel ashamed. There’s no way to know how many customers they may have lied to.

Der Kaffee war gut, leider überteuert. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Service leider recht unfreundlich

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff were rude and only half-attentive, snickering behind the counter instead of engaging with customers. They served me the wrong milk in my latte, and their heating machine was broken, so my €10 sandwich was cold and hard. For this, I asked for a discount, to which they agreed, but they never applied it. I then had to ask for a spoon twice because the staff were too busy with each other to even make eye contact. Save your money and go to Caffè Nero, or anywhere else.
