Atelier Furnitu - Spotcu Mimar gave me a very bad experience! I CAN NOT USE THE COUCH! *I liked a seat on the Internet, made a choice of fabrics. They forgot to add it to the shipping plan. Shoot again, no problem. Then I was asked again what day and time I was available. Although I indicated that I was available on Wednesday or Thursday, they said with an order on Tuesday, "We came, we brought the seat." I'm at work, I work. In order not to lower the seat they loaded in the car, they agreed to the one who told me that it was 8:00 p.m., my time to go home. I had to, of course. Three friends came to hand over the seat. I had to listen to their complaints that the stairs were narrow, that they weren't so tired all day. When I was placing the seat, I realized a month ago, and they asked for a new price hike, which was not the right salary I paid 25%. Of course I objected! They spoke to an authority for minutes. One of them (! ) came out to me in my house and said, "What happened?! If you don't want to, let's get the seat back, sister!" etc. He used phrases and sentences. That scared me so much because I was a woman who had to be alone at home at the time. Loud speeches, the attitude of your business, even though I showed you the conversations and deals I made with the authorities when I ordered a month ago. And by the way, the seat I bought didn't have a fitting! SO I CAN NOT USE IT! They said they'd do it the next day, but no one called or asked me, and my messages were not returned! It's a shameful experience! You'll have the attitude, the pattern, the service, wherever you take it. It's a pity for me to work with this company. Nothing else.

Korkunç bir işletme, aldığım hiçbir eşya gününde gelmedi, akşam sizi boş eve 4 saat çaktıktan sonra gelemeyeceklerini söylüyorlar. Başka bir gün veriliyor, yeniden bekliyorsunuz, yine gelmiyor. Sen aramazsan gelemeyeceklerini de iletmiyorlar. Montajları berbat. Söküp yeniden takmayı gerekiyor. Bulaşan yanar.

Teslimatı öngörülen süreden daha kısa sürede yapıldı ve süreç boyunca ilgiliydiler. Kendi adıma güzel bir deneyimdi, teşekkürler.

2 aydır bekliyorum, sipariş verdiğim ürün halen gelmedi. Beklemek gibi bir lüksünüz yoksa bu firmayı tercih etmenizi önermem. Bugün 3 farklı numarasına ulaşmaya çalıştım ama telefonu açan olmadı.

15 Ekim tarihinde bir hata yapıp mağazılarına gittiğim sosyal medyada sürekli önümüze çıkan bu firma bir haftada teslim ederiz. Max 15 günü bulur dediği ürünleri arayıp sorduğumda bugün gelecek yarın haber vereceğim diye diye oyakaları 15 günün sonunda daha ellerine gelmediklerini ve ürünü beklediklerini dile getirmiştir. Satış temsilcisi arkadaş e... R hanım sattığı ürünün boyları dahi bilmemekle birlikte sadece para hesabı yapabilmektedir. Ürünün boyunu bile kendim ölçtüğüm zaman doğrusunu anladım. Çok yazık evlilik hazırlığında başka heyecanlar yaşamanız gerekirken bu insanların peşinde değerli ve heyecanlı vaktiniz harcamak istiyorsanız tercih edebilirsiniz
