2 ay önceI'm not sure if we went there on a bad night, but based on the other reviews I feel like there may be one staff member letting the team down. On the night we went, there was another couple and the bartender, who was also a DJ! The experience at the bar left us in shock. We asked for a margarita with a sweeter and spicy twist and a classic negroni. The gentleman behind the bar, while enthusiastic, didn't seem to know what he was doing. When asked to make the margarita sweet, rather than adding more syrup, said he will NEED to make it with orange juice instead of lime, rather than adding more syrup, the spicy option was even more laughable, since he said he has only black pepper, after us pointing him at the tabasco bottle on the shelf, he looked at us like we were crazy and offered Worcestershire sauce. After us sticking with tabasco, he said "If it taste bad, it's on you". He also felt that my negroni would be better with pineapple as a garnish! I will say that with the right staff the roof bar has a great potential, but the night that we were there, the staff member in charge had very little knowledge of mixology.
