SAÇMA SAPAN BİR YER!!! doğumgünü kutlamak için gittik isparktan kiraladıkları sahildeki park yerleri için 750 tl ücret istediler. restoran bölümü iftar dolayısıyla kapalıydı pastane kısmı açıktı basit bir Cafe gibiydi çalışanlar ciddiyetsiz ve ilgisiz. Otelde genel olarak bir yönetim sıkıntısı var bu kadar güzel bir yerin bu hali çok üzücü. Fiyatlar tahmin ettiğiniz gibi çok yüksek ve tatlılar sıradandı.

Spa için 10.gelişim olacaktı belki. Normalde ön depozito almıyorlar ve defalarca geç kalan insanlar gördük ben de bizzat geç kaldım. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadan halledildi. Normalde hediye kartını gidip veriyorduk. Bu sefer ise parayla alınan hediye kartını önden whatsapptan yolladığımız için seans değişikliği istediğimizde üzgünüz olmaz şeklinde cevap verdiler. Konuyla ilgili yetkili kimseyle de görüşemedim. Gerekirse şikayet ve sosyal medya üzerinden de hakkımı arayacağım. Siz de arayın.

We sent to the Toro restaurant in this hotel , sincerely the worst restaurant I have been in whole Turkey. We ordered chicken and different sushi rolls. We were waiting for 1 hour for our order. Sushi were disgusting, they didn’t do it by themself, ordered them at a different place and brought it on the plate with industrial sauce. The chicken had no taste and texture like it was frozen before. I ordered the cocktail and it never came. The valet had no manners, very rude.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I’ve visited incredible SPA ????‍♀️???? I have no words how to describe this place - it’s unforgettable view, service and experience at all. Starting from reception, finishing massage rooms. Every person treat you as a family. I’m totally impressed, it feels like you came to your summer home) Massage was incredible, I didn’t want to finish this ???? swim pool area super cozy, but view is the best. Also in changing room all tools are from Dyson! I’ll give 6/5 points.

dün kız arkadaşımla gittik scalinide pizza makarna yapmak istedik ama pizza yok dediler biz de sadece makarna yemek istemedik müdür geldi güler yüzle karar verdik mi diye sordu pizza yokmuş biz pizza makarna yapmak istemiştik diyince yüzü düştü bir anda malesef dedi ama tavrı çok garipti.Biz galiba zengin olmadığımız için ve iki genç kız olduğumuz için böyle tavır gördük psikolojik şiddet gibiydi.Ben zaten o parayı vereceğim düşünerek geldim yani pizzanızın olmaması bizim suçumuz değildi.Pastalarımızı yiyip kalktık

Fotoğraf çekimi için hizmet aldık, kahve ikramından çay ikramına kadar ücret istiyorlar, dakka başı başımıza dikilip rahatsız ediyorlar, uslup ve hizmet olaram kesinlikle memnun değilim, çok rahatsız ediciler. Hizmet almadığımız halde Servis Bedeli adı altında ücret istediler, çay bile vermiyorlar. Kesinlikle önermiyorum kimseye burayı kesinlikle. Hizmet ve Kalite çok kötü

Six Senses Kocatas Mansions Istanbul was an absolute catastrophe for our New Year’s Eve stay, where we paid 2000 euros per night only to endure shockingly poor service, utterly unprepared staff with dismissive attitudes, and zero planning from start to finish. The gala at SAX was a freezing disaster—guests shivering in jackets indoors due to the biting December cold, with no heaters or setup despite predictable weather, and lame excuses offered instead of solutions for such premium pricing. The spa was inexplicably closed with no alternatives provided, amplifying the neglect, while overall hospitality fell to bare-minimum failures unworthy of a luxury brand like Six Senses. Worst experience imaginable—avoid at all costs.

Прекрасный отель! Отличный вид, играет на всей территории отеля приятная музыка, отличный спа и рестораны, отличный вид с верхней части отеля,приветливый персонал

Otelde konaklamadım, yorumu pastane için yapıyorum. Öncelikle böyle şık bir otele bu bu tarz bir pastaneyi hiç yakıştıramadım. Servis ekibi hiç profesyonel değildi. Ürünlere hakimiyetleri yoktu. Tatlıların içinde ne olduğu sorulunca "bilmiyorum, önünde yazıyor zaten" cevabını aldık. Bilgilendirmesi olmayan tatlılar vardı. Sipariş ettiğimiz 3 tatlıda da yapay bir tat vardı ve şeker hamurlarından ne kadar uzun süre bekledikleri belliydi. Ürünler ya taze değil ya da doğru muhafaza edilmemiş. 4 kişiye getirdikleri büyük su için sadece 2 bardak getirdiler. Bu kadar yol gidip hayal kırıklığı yaşadım.

It’s a lovely hotel for history enthusiasts and those who appreciate Ottoman architecture. The breakfast was an amazing territory of the hotel, and the surroundings were also beautiful.

We stayed for one night, had dinner at Toro Restaurant, and booked a 1-hour couple’s massage at the spa. Here’s my overall review: The spa is located on a hilltop and accessed by buggy, with a truly stunning view. However, you can’t enjoy this view from either the massage room or the relaxation area. The massage itself was average in my opinion, and the refreshments afterwards were quite underwhelming. We went up to the infinity pool afterwards — the view could’ve been amazing, but the glass was dirty/streaky, which ruined the effect. About Toro Restaurant: I’d say our dinner experience was so-so. The food wasn’t bad at all, but maybe I had higher expectations that weren’t met. The cuisine tries to fuse Latin American with Asian elements, but it didn’t quite come together. I wanted to drink vodka neat — they didn’t have large ice cubes, and when I asked for lime or lemon juice on the side, what they brought wasn’t fresh-squeezed. You stock premium vodka but have no lime? Pes! Also, serving vodka in a water glass “on the rocks” shows a lack of training and vision — they changed the glass when I told, but the moment was alredy ruined. Now about Room 211 where we stayed. First of all, thank you to the hotel for upgrading us to a larger room than we originally booked. It was genuinely beautiful — high ceilings, historical decor that felt like a trip back in time. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The bathroom was designed as a full shower-suite with a bathtub, and the quality of the toiletries was very good. The view from our room was amazing — it felt like we were sleeping right above the sea. There were welcome treats like fruit, nuts, chocolate, and a welcome note, which was a lovely touch. However, only two small bottles of water weren't enough. I was shocked to see that they were selling a relatively low-quality wine from Sevilen for €112 in the minibar. In a room of this price range, wine should be complimentary — or at least offer something more curated. Now to the most disappointing part: I woke up around 8:30 AM to an overwhelming smell of onions in the room. I understand that the building is historic and there could be issues with ventilation, but as someone who is living in Istanbul and staying purely for leisure, this was completely unacceptable. I reported it. As for breakfast: there were only 3 types of cheese (smoked, white, tulum), no avocado, no smoked salmon, no champagne, no fruit. I mean, we don’t pop champagne and eat caviar at home every morning, but I still expected something a bit more special than what I’d eat at home. I wouldn’t stay again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The location is far from the center, and for tourists visiting Istanbul, the traffic would be a major issue.
