Otel güzel ama sabah kahvaltısında herşey var lakin yenilecek güzel bişey yok sabah kahvaltısında herçeşit peynir var ama yenilmiyor ucuz mandıra yağsız peynirler çok çeşidin çok olmasının önemi yok yenilmediktwn sonra çöpe atılıyor ziyan oluyor otel yönetimini uyardım inşallah söylediklerimi ciddiye alırlar onun haricinde banyoya duşluk musluk takmışlar hergele müşteriye lobide anlatıyorlar ama yinede müşteriler sıcak suyu açamıyorlar pejjo.3008 de bulunan tuşlar gibi yok sagdakine 2 defa bas soldakini sana sola çevir ortadaki dügmeye 1 defa bas velhasıl sıcak su gelmiyor bankadan kredi çekmeye benzedi

İş seyahati nedeniyle gittim ve bu otelde konakladım hiç bu kadar misafirperver bir otel görmedim otel sahipleri çok kaliteli ve güzel insanlar otel personelide keza öyle ayrıldıktan sonra artık burda dostlarım var diyerek ayrıldım herkese ayrı ayrı çok teşekkür ederim

This hotel is the most filthy I have ever seen not only in Turkey but ever. And the manager is an arrogant rude man, a disgrace for turkish people. I booked a room on otelz.com for 2 adults and a baby and at the reception they asked for 20€ extra because they said I only booked for 1 adult. I showed them the confirmation and then they said they don't collaborate with otelz.com so I have to pay the hotel's official price. I paid 20€ for a smaller room then the one I booked. I received a dirty room, you cand see the stains on the pillows in the video. I showed the video to the manager and he said "it's normal". They changed the room with another one that didn't have heating. At 10 in the night the reception called the phone in my room. I didn't answer because it was 10 pm !!! and the baby was sleeping. A few minutes later someone came and knocked on the door. I opened it, said "hello" and then just...left. I waited in front of my door for a few minutes and then went down to the reception. They man (from the hotel stuff) who knocked on the door was sitting with other men laughing. I asked what was so important. The manager came and told me that they wanted to tell me that they will not give me back 20€ because otelz.com is not answering to them. That's all. I told them it could have waited until the morning because it was late and they woke up the baby and they said "it's not that late". They didn't even apologized. Police came and they made the manager apologize. The food is also discusting, we could barely pick something to eat. All in all, this hotel is a missrepresentation of Turkish hospitality and a disgrace to the country.

Uzun yolculuğumun ardından Grand Hotel’de konaklamak çok iyi geldi. Temiz, sessiz, güvenli bir yer. 5 yıldızı hak ediyor.
