Аптека очень понравилась. Персонал вежливый, знают русский язык и всё доходчиво объясняют. На некоторые препараты можно сделать заказ. Готовы они бывают уже на следующий день.

The best pharmacy in Alanya. The staff is very helpful. If you need advice, they will do it with a smile and you will definitely get the best product. A very large selection of vitamins and cosmetics, not only medicines. Highly recommend.

Очень хорошая аптека, всегда помогут, подскажут и если нужен какой то препарат которого нет, то закажут! Все продавцы очень приветливые и обслужат как минимум на трех языках

Sevim Eczanesi is by far the most professional and friendly pharmacy I have visited in Alanya. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and truly professional. Everyone involved in helping me with my issue made a great effort and showed genuine care. I highly recommend this pharmacy ,easily my number one choice in Alanya. Excellent service from start to finish.

Amazing customer service, very helpful. They speak English well, and I was able to get everything I needed. I only ordered one specific medication and collected it the next morning. The location is easy to get to. Just bear in mind that they close at 16:30 or 17:30 (21:30 in summer).

Totally recommend the place!! Really good pharmacy, the pharmacists there are just so lovely and can speak at least 3 foreign languages maybe more, apart from Turkish, I heard them consulting customers in German, English, and Russian, and they know these languages really well, I have never been to a better pharmacy in my life, they don't trick people by overpricing, which is so decent and important on such hot tourist's spots. All in all would have given them even more stars if possible. Peace????

хорошая аптека, можно делать заказ на определенные лекарства! есть русскоговорящий персонал! также ставят печать и оформят всё по страховке!
