Calmness, comfort, cleanliness, respect, help from the hotel owner all the time, attention, location, beauty, attention even outside the hotel, everything is wonderful and I hope to visit you again

The hotel location is very bad. Just behind construction stores. 2 poor restaurants are near only. The hotel photos and reviews are old. Probably when it was opened and was new. They do not reflect the reality. The hotel is not clean as it looks on photos. I could not stay as I saw the reality. I was not reimbursed a single lira that was paid for 4 nights. At least they could have taken only one night fee, as I was so dissatisfied, but they took all. The owner is terrible. I went to another hotel in Trabzon with the same price but way more, much better hotel in the center of the city.

Son üç gecemizi ailecek geçirdiğimiz otel Takdire şayan karşılama hizmet ve temizlik sunuyor. Gün içinde şehir hakkında sorduğumuz tüm sorulara sabırla cevap veren Ömer beye ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Lokasyon olarak ise şehir merkezinde etrafı park bahçelerle dolu sessiz sakin bir yerde. Tekrar tercih edermisiniz diye sorsanız büyük bir zevkle derim

Konum olarak gezilecek her yerin merkezinde Otel odaları temizlik konfor bakımından çok güzeldi yorumlara bakarak tercih ettik iyikide tercih ettik 4 gece konakladık herşeyden fazlasıyla memnun kaldık otel işletmecisi Ömer abi yardımıyla gezilecek yerlerin rotasını çizdi oteli bizlere ev gibi hissettirdi tekrardan çok teşekkür ederiz ????????

Gerçekten Ömer abi gibi bir insanla tanıştığım için çok mutlu oldum otel hizmet vs bir kenara çok samimi çok iyi bir insan herşey için teşekkürler en kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle Ömer abicim sevgiler.

اسوء مكان سكنته ف حياتي ريحة المجاري داخل السكن والمكان موحش والصور عكس الواقع تماماً المكان وسخ فوق ما تتصورون والخدمة سيئة للغاية والنجمه كثيره عليكم بس هي اقل شيء حصلته
