I never seen such a nuisance , bad service and absolutely terrifying experience. I been told , I can't pay with card ,I have to transfer money with IBAN , and given several times fakes account details , my phone taken from my hand and here she was browsing my account , She was very deliberate to give false IBAN , wants to check my phone my account open , Not offered to pay by card ,and at the end she told me off their tii busy for it , when I asked her to write it down her iban number . I been insulted , they try to blackmail and find everyone I am but paying for the soup , they attacked me , Try to take the phone from my hand when I try to call a friend to bring a cash , and I had to run in to another business premises to call the police as I couldn't do it ,with their pulling me pushing me around . I am very sure they ment to do wrong , There were so many verbal abusive words and 3 women physically pushing me and tearing my clothes , I had to report the business to police and counsel . It's terrifying attitude , and physical and verbal insults . Even they used children , to video and use them to make it look I am not paying . Owner of the place , also lied about they provided option to pay with card . This business should not serve to public , Where ever they get their order , I am sure they can't treat everyone like this but there must be something they want to attack me . I have been on purpose taken to this extend I am sure . We had some conversation with staff and been very nice to them but their intention to brows my account and name a stories like I didn't want to pay totally out of order .
