Séjour parfait ! Tout était vraiment très bien. L’hôtel est propre, calme et très agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et impeccablement entretenue. L’emplacement est idéal et nous nous sommes senties en sécurité du début à la fin. Rien à redire, je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

The perfect place to stay in Istanbul! From the moment we stepped in,to the moment we left,everything was perfect. Room,spotless,comfy bed. Coffee machine with coffee,tea in the room,giant tv. Bed can be separated or joined. Bathroom is very modern as the furniture in the room. We got a little garden too. There is air condition in the room. There is free bottled water in the room too. The host was always friendly and smiley,helped with everything what was needed. The breakfast was traditional turkish,it was soo good. Like a mini buffet,little bit of everything,and a cute kitten keeps you entertained. If I ever come back to Istanbul,I will only stay here. Thank you for everything.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel! We traveled here as a 3 day stopover from Egypt with a group of 10 including a baby and toddler. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, with both bazaars just a short walk away. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby as well. The service was amazing, the staff LITERALLY went above and beyond, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. I wish I could remember our staff by name to shout them out but regardless they were all AMAZING and hospitable A quick note: there are no elevators, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the best fit. We were on the fourth floor and getting up those stairs was definitely a journey each day ????????

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city - walking distance to many of Istanbul's top landmarks. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Bountiful and delicious breakfasts included. Surrounded by countless shops and restaurants.

This hotel was my favorite during my Turkey trip. The owners are lovely and very helpful and attentive. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and have a good size bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Its very clean!I loved everything about it. Its also 5 minutes walk from hagia Sophia and blue mosque. The street is busy with traffic and people but the rooms were quiet. You've got tons of restaurants, bars and even a small supermarket on the street. Highly recommend!

Royan suites is a small hotel and I actually like that it’s small because you receive attentiveness and amazing service from the staff. The hotel is clean and the room that we booked had just the right amount of space that we needed. Our room and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast was amazing and fresh and it was something I looked forward to every morning. Cem was helpful during check in and both Cem and Ayşe were always happy to provide us breakfast in the morning. One thing that stood out to me was when Ayşe asked if we needed our room to be cleaned and i said no, just new towels. When we returned to our room, she tidied up the bathroom and cleaned the floor from hair and trash and provided us with fresh towels. She could have simply just placed new towels but instead, she still provided some cleaning service which I greatly appreciated. During the evening/night, Özgûr was at the front desk and he was super helpful and answered any questions we had. My friend and I enjoyed talking to him as we learned more about the area and the Turkish culture. By check out time, we missed our car seevice by a few minutes, after stepping out for some food. Özgûr contacted our driver and assisted us to the car so we can get to the airport promptly. The staff are simply amazing and super kind. Thank you for your hospitality!

E' stato impossibile soggiornare al Royan Suites, la mia onesta recensione è quindi legata al pessimo servizio clienti delle prenotazioni. Avevamo già prenotato in questa struttura un mesetto fa, a seguito di un cambiamento di date abbiamo dovuto cancellare e riprenotare (con piacere) successivamente una Camera King Deluxe tramite Booking.com che viene venduta per 3 persone (noi siamo 2 adulti e 1 bambina) che viene detto, possono dormire nel letto matrimoniale e nel divano letto ivi presenti; senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La prima prenotazione non presenta alcun problema, chiedo conferma di coperte, cuscino e lenzuola per attrezzare il divano letto e ricevo una piacevole risposta positiva. Alla seconda prenotazione comincia un calvario di comunicazione che si protrae pe rdue giorni; dove la mia richiesta viene fraintesa e interpretata con la richiesta di un letto aggiuntivo che (ovviamente) comporta un costo aggiuntivo. Specifico che non abbiamo bisogno di un letto aggiuntivo ma semplicemente della conferma che nostra figlia possa dormire su un divano letto attrezzato per il quale abbiamo pagato. Niente, orecchie da mercante, non ne vogliono sapere e in ultima battuta mi sento dire: o vostra figlia dorme con voi, o pagate un plus di 15€ per aprire e attrezzare il divano letto. Segnalo con disdegno e disgusto l'accaduto a Booking.com che ovviamente prenderà provvedimenti e invito qualsiasi famiglia con bambini a non pernottare qui in quanto le condizioni di prenotazione non vengono in alcun modo rispettate e vengono applicati costi aggiuntivi.

We loved our stay at Royal Suites! It’s a super small, cozy Euro-style hotel with a lot of charm, in a great location right in Sultanahmet — perfect for walking to Istanbul’s key sights. We stayed in March 2025 (2 adults, 1 child) and the room was perfect.||The breakfast was amazing every morning, with thoughtful touches and a relaxing atmosphere.||A fantastic choice for travelers who appreciate a small, boutique feel with personal service and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend!
