There is a night pub located on the top floor of the hotel. The music volume was so loud that it travelled through the entire building, from the top floor down to the lobby. I expected the music to finish around midnight. However, it continued past 1:00am, 2:00am, and even 2:30am. At that point, it felt as if I was being forced to join the party inside my own hotel room. I contacted the hotel at 2:30am to complain. I was told the hotel would ask the pub to lower the volume, but also informed that the event would continue overnight until 5:00am. I explained that this is a hotel, and guests reasonably expect a quiet and comfortable environment to sleep at night. The response I received was that the pub has a license and is legally allowed to operate at this volume. What the ? It appears the hotel prioritises the pub’s business over guest comfort. If you want to sleep inside a night club, you can choose this hotel.

Oda kahvaltı konakladık. Ben glutensiz besleniyorum ve bana glutensiz ürün temininde yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıda sıcak ve soğuk alternatifler var. Özellikle resepsiyonist Birtan bey çok ilgili ve tüm taleplerimizi yerine getirmeye çalıştı. Konakladığımız odanın duşunda problem vardı. Havlular ve çarşaflar temizdi. Ancak yenilenmeye ihtiyaçları var. Odada terlik ve kişisel bakım malzemeleri var. En önemlisi de konumu çok iyi. Biz de bu yüzden tercih etmiştik.
