Never and never trust what this firm tells you.. First thing he said REMAX global cooperation firm, everthing is transparent and trustworthy... I live in UK, I wanted to place an offer for a land over the phone as I know the area well. The manager Cetin who deals with the property did not accept a kind of distance offers over the phone unless I pay a deposit through a bank transfer, and after that he can let the vendor know my offer. If the vendor doesn't accept it, and I don't increase the offer he said he will return the deposit...Come on.. who pays a deposit to place an offer... I expressed myself saying no chance I would go into a kind of deal. Then he said the best thing will be you come over here see the place and put your offer face to face. A couple of days after this conversation I travelled to Kalkan. I saw the place and rang him and wanted to place the offer again. Guess what.. he said you need to pay a deposit for me to let the vendor.. why did I come all that way from UK... in the end I gave up of the land. After that I spoke to a few real estate agent, that is including REMAX Antalya just to check if there is an actual procedure. They all said never ever pay any money till you agree with the vendor.. After I spoke to Antalya office Cetin who is in charge of Kalkan heard about me questioning and send me a message and a link of Remax Franchise contract... That states: "Every each branches are independent that can follow their own policy, Remax is not responsible"... By the way I also spotted that Cetin rated his own branche 5 starts showing how genuine they are and how great service he provided for himself..
