I got reported to the police for asking about why the pool was empty. The police turned up at breakfast. I Was taken to 2 different police stations finger prints taken told it was a misunderstanding and then driven to a deportation centre and held for 3 days. Ruined the whole 14 day holiday as we had onwards travel and accommodation booked. We've booked Its not the company as I've stayed in Ramada in Keyseri, Ramada in Trabzon. It's just this one. We were the only people in the hotel. We only booked it because of the name. If it wasn't them the sure as hell should have protected their customer and assisted in any way till they were sure the police had it right. All of a sudden due to a bad review you now want to take legal action? Maybe you should have done that then for me and kept me out of jail and deportation. Even though I had done nothing, we had to pay for a solicitor and get the British consulate involved and it still took 3 day to get me out.
