Qualia Spa & Fitness Radisson Blu hotel Pera ( Massage & Turkish bath hammam )

Very bad service and customer satisfaction, they are not kind.. reception employees was not dealing well .. I am not recommending this hotel at all..

Arkadaşımla Senelik üyelik aldık. 1 yıl dolmadan 4 kez tadilata girdi. Bir kez el değiştirdi. Son sözde tadilat neredeyse 1 aydır devam ediyor ve kimse açıklama yapmıyor. fitness ortalama, pek alet yok. Açık olduğu zamanlarda diğer alanlar genel olarak temiz ve düzenli. Çalışanlar ilgili.

I stayed at Novotel & checked out the Qualia spa - was absolutely delighted! I had the signature hammam treatment + 30 min massage with Yanti - she was SO amazing, I ended up booking another 70 min massage with her on my last day so I could go home feeling totally relaxed & amazing :) the private sauna in the hammam room is great + the gender-specific ones in the locker room are also amazing. Mehmet at the front desk was super helpful & wonderful with accommodating me. Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly and professional. The cleanliness here is top notch and the service was wonderful. A great overall that brings the traditional bath experience with more privacy and exclusiveness. Will definitely visit again in the future.
