10.10.2025 tarihinde teslim edilmesi gereken kargom tarafıma ulaştırılmamıştır. Personelle iletişime geçmeden önce telefonuma “adres değişmiş” şeklinde bir mesaj geldi; ancak adresim günceldir ve aktif olarak o adreste ikamet etmekteyim. Şikayet edeceğimi söylediğimde ise bu kez “evde değildi” şeklinde bir mesaj daha gönderilmiştir. Durumu öğrenmek için dağıtım personelini aradığımda, son derece saygısız ve laubali bir tavırla “Abi o adreste oturduğunu düşünmüyordum, o yüzden getirmedim. Zile de basmadım.” şeklinde cevap vermiştir. Kargoyu aynı gün tekrar getirmesini rica ettiğimde “Yarın getiririm.” demiş, ancak hafta sonu evde olmayacağımı belirtince “Banane abi.” şeklinde yanıt vermiştir. Kendisinden ismini birkaç kez sormama rağmen paylaşmamış, yalnızca sonradan “Sinan Yıldız” olduğunu söylemiştir. Ancak bu ismin doğru olduğundan emin değilim. Ayrıca bağlı bulunduğu İstanbul Beyoğlu Karaköy PTT şubesini defalarca (yaklaşık 10 kez) aramama rağmen hiçbir şekilde dönüş yapılmamıştır. Bu sebeple, hem ilgili personel hakkında gerekli disiplin işlemlerinin yapılmasını hem de kargomun acilen tarafıma ulaştırılmasını talep ediyorum.

Waited 1 hour to pick up a parcel. The man helping us spent 20 mins on the phone, and allowed several other customers to complete their jobs while we waited. We provided a passport and a valid form of ID, only to be told to get another form of ID from the hotel. After doing this and returning within 15 minutes, the same man told us we had to wait another hour in line (despite the fact we had already waited, the forms were filled out, and the parcel was on his desk). He was rude and discourteous throughout the encounter, acting as if we were inconveniencing him by asking for help. We had a booking we had paid for and therefore ended up having to leave our parcel in Istanbul.

Received our package intact in USA after mailing it out from this PTT Kargo Beyoglu location 10 days ago. Our heartfelt thanks to the PTT Kargo gentleman working at this branch who (via Google Translate) instructed us as to what we had to do, outlined the many steps involved, helped fill out forms, clarified tariff and postage costs, even called our hotel clerk because he was concerned our package might be returned (hotel disclaimed all responsibility, alas), securely wrapped our package, confirmed our US address and finally double-checked everything, including ensuring that our package would not arrive in America before we'd returned from our Turkiye trip. Frankly, it seemed he was more worried about our package's safe international transit than we were! Hope he sees this review and knows how much we appreciated his help and patience. Recommend this branch for overseas mailings from Turkiye.
