Nice rooms. Great location. Rooms were very clean and are in a great location. Withing walking distance to hot springs and restaurants. Would reccomend.

Pros: Staff/ host was lovely Pool was great Breakfast was good Cons: Rooms are dated and starting to fall apart Wallpaper peeling Bathroom ceiling was falling apart Entire room smelt of sewerage Beds are some of the least comfortable I’ve had with rough sheets Aircon was variable and not constant Mosquitos were everywhere I wouldn’t return

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il sito di Hierapolis e Pamukkale; quasi davanti la struttura passa il bus che ti porta all’ingresso nord del sito così da poterlo visitare in discesa fino all’uscita situata 5 minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Le camere sono ampie, pulite e dotate del necessario. La piscina bella e pulita. Colazione anche troppo ricca per me che mangio poco la mattina ma comunque tutto buonissimo!

Le doy 4 estrellas y no 5 por dos razones 1- la ducha tenía el agua más bien fría 2- prohiben que metas en el hotel bebida o comida de fuera Ahora hablamos de las cosas positivas 1- han sido muy amables 2- llegamos a las 9h de la mañana y no podían darnos la habitación todavía ( como es lógico ) nos invitaron al desayuno y nos dijeron que podemos estar en la piscina si queramos 3- está a 12 minutos andando del castillo de algodón Resumen: muy barato por lo que ofrece la verdad, y muy buen trato, le faltan cosillas eso está claro, pero bueno, pamukkale es un pueblo para verlo en un día, y para un día a nosotros no nos importó la verdad, estuvimos muy agusto

하루종일 손님들 옆에 붙어서 빗자루질을 하는 사람이 주인입니다. 무엇을 사용해도 감시하고 있는 듯해 아주 불편했습니다. 심지어 밖에서 들고 들어오는 것 모두 감시하고 입구에서 뺐습니다. 그러면서 하는 말이 무조건 자기네에게 사먹어야 한다고 어떤 것도 호텔에 반입금지라고 말했습니다.그러나 가격은 바로 앞에 있는 가격에 4-5배는 부릅니다. 수영장이 있는데 옷을 절대 빨지 말라고 합니다. 이유는 뜨거운 물을 사용할까봐 그렇다고 했습니다. 40도가 넘는 날씨라 뜨거운 물 사용하라고 해도 할수 없다고 해도 무조건 안된다고 하고(실제로 뜨거운 물이 거의 나오지 않았습니다) 방에 아주 작은 캠핑용 냉장고도 없는 방이 대부분이고, 물은 커녕 컵도 준비해주지 않고 무조건 사먹으라고 합니다. 다행히 젖은 옷들을 보고 그곳에서 일하시는 분이 바깥 빨래줄에 널어도 된다고 해서 널긴 했는데 주인이 눈치를 너무 줘서 파묵칼레에서 여유있게 3박4일 지내려고 갔다가 3박4일동안 주인 눈치만 보고 오늘 셀축으로 이동했습니다. 그리고 오늘 아침은 이해되지 않지만 꿀도, 쏘세지도 없다고 주지 않았습니다.사람보다 건물을 너무 아끼는 사람입니다. 단, 무조건 자기네 것을 사용한다면 아주 친절할 사람일수도 있을것 같습니다.그래서 처음엔 저희도 그렇게 하려고 했습니다. 그런데 샐축까지 오는 버스비를 800을 달라고 했어요. 실제로 저희는 500을 주고 숙소앞에서 탔습니다 다시는 만나고 싶지 않은 숙소주인이 였습니다. Title: Overpriced, Overbearing, and Unwelcoming — Avoid This Place We booked 4 nights in Pamukkale hoping for a relaxing stay, but instead spent the entire time under constant surveillance from the owner. They were always hovering nearby, sweeping right next to guests, and watching everything we did. Anything brought in from outside was taken away at the entrance, with the explanation that nothing at all could be brought into the hotel — and that we must purchase everything from them. Their prices were 4–5 times higher than the shop just across the street. The property has a pool, but laundry was strictly forbidden. The reason given was “to prevent hot water use” — even though the temperature was over 40°C, hot water was almost nonexistent, and we had no intention of using it. Most rooms had no fridge, no water, and not even cups — again, the answer was simply to buy everything on-site. One kind staff member allowed us to hang wet clothes outside, but the owner made it clear we weren’t welcome to do so. Breakfast was inconsistent: on our last morning there was no honey or sausage without explanation. The owner seemed more concerned about preserving the building than making guests feel comfortable. The final straw was when they tried to charge us 800 for a bus to Selçuk — we took the same bus from the front of the property for 500. Bottom line: If you buy everything from them, maybe you’ll get smiles. But for independent travelers, this was an overpriced and unpleasant experience. I would not return.

Irrational owner and terrible experience here. I have been traveling for 10 years with the school and this was the worst. I would recommend this place to NO ONE and the below is why. On our first day, we bought waters from outside because we are 41 altogether and the owner of the hotel told us to go refund these because they also sell waters. I asked if it is the same price and he said yes. But it turned out, it was not. He gave me a 500ml bottle and asked for 10 liras. The water we bought from outside was 23 liras and it was 5L bottle. I told him it is not the same price but he said it is the rule of the place that customers cannot bring any foods or beverages from outside. I told him I have never experienced these kind of hotels then he asked me if I have ever slept in 5 star hotel and they don’t allow customers to bring their drinks too. I told him yes, and they allow people to bring any drinks or beverages from outside. And they of course give out waters for free. On top of that, your hotel is not 5 star. Then he said he is going to let us bring waters from outside only this once. I was speechless. That night around 11 pm when I was about to sleep, he texted me thru WhatsApp asking if we were 40 altogether. I said yes. Then he said because I told him we were 39, I had to pay for one extra person. I said I know I told him we were 39 but one more joined our group later that day. But I see no point of paying you extra because we have paid for 40 beds. Our rooms had beds for 40 people, so why do I have to pay for the extra person? I understand if it was a double room and we were 3 people. I know then we have to pay extra but if we have 40 beds and we are 40, we do not need to pay anymore. Then he said I am funny and I still need to pay for that person. I eventually said okay and paid him because I did not want to upset him in any ways. As I wanted to do something for him more, I bought Pamukkale entrance tickets from him. But somehow things did not go well, so he refunded the money to me. I have no idea why but that was okay because we could easily buy tickets at the entrance until he gave me 900 dollars and the rest in Liras. I asked him because I paid him 1300 usd I want to have it that way but he said he doesn’t have all dollars that I paid him so I have to accept Liras. This was ridiculous but he kept saying the rate is correct. On our last night, I bought 15 pides and brought it to our hotel. The owner saw this and yell at me saying “this is enough!”. I asked him what is wrong with this and he said do not eat outside food at the common room. I asked why he was so mad about this and he said he also sells drinks, foods but we never buy anything from him and this is why he is mad. So we had to eat it out at the park. There are so much more than this but these are a few big things that happened to us in ONLY 3 DAYS OF OUR STAY.
