The co has taken advance 2000 $.from for the machine I booked before the carona pandemic.legally I transferred the amount to the owner Mr Hidayts personal ac on his instructions.its over 2 years now .as I am67 yrs old and suffered heavy loss due to my hospitalization nd remained in the hospital over a month.i requested the co cancel my order as I became too weak to carry on with my business.themanager promised me to solve my problem and refund money at the earliest.but now 2 of the employees have left the co.jobs.i amtrying to call the owner and his daughter Ms.Kadriye who has taken over as manager aren't bothered to take my calls or reply.my whatsapp.messages.i hope they settle with my ac instantly.or complain with the turkish and indian embassy.i want every body who is planning to buy their machins/makina.to be careful and not give advances.to pamukkale Makina.
