PALMERA HOUSE HOTEL

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. They had to change mine room, 3 times. First rum the bathroom smelled so bad you couldn't take a breath without getting sick. The second room had dead bugs stuck to the floor, the frunter was so dusty my allergies started to act up. And the fire alarm was right by the room and it was beeping nonstop. As for the bed I could feel the springs on the mattress. I had to take the blanket from the bed and use it under me just to make it a little comfortable.

The airport tram stops next to the hotel. It's a half-hour ride to the airport. Breakfasts are delicious.

The hotel’s location is excellent. You have a tram station right in front of you, a bus station next to you, and a four-way intersection nearby. You can reach the mosque in two minutes, and the mall is just two minutes away as well. All shops, restaurants, cafés, currency exchange, and ATMs are around you. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. I’m staying here for seven days. The only remark is that the tram noise can be a little disturbing, but other than that everything is perfect. The breakfast is good, the room has all the amenities, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Room is comfortable and clean. Smart TV works like charm, unlike other places where tv is usually broken or disconnected. Breakfast could be improved. Air conditioner is a little funky, as the day of departure, it could not be used properly (automatically turned off every min or so despite manually turned on, and issue is not due to controller settings. Temp could not be changed and it is likely controlled by hotel (heat/cool).

#####優點：～交通方便，住處花城中心地帶，景點距離不遠，均可走路到達，附近商店林立，百貨公司近在咫尺。～酒店似乎是經過翻新，衛生情況頗為理想，家具並無異味。#####缺點：～接待處於小巷中不太容易找到。～按待員服務態度專業但卻隱藏着有点儿不耐煩的氣味。～09房間外wifi接收器不断發出打...打...打...打的聲音。房間隔音甚差，晚上十一時也能清楚聽到其他房間住客聊天的聲音，影響睡眠。～浴室花洒損壞仍未修復。～房中沒有被子，只提供薄薄毯子一张。～早餐時間為早上7:00-9:00am，但到7.30分早餐仍未見送到酒店，為了趕乘早上巴士，只得自費購買。

燈光昏暗，廁所有異味。
