Ordered second one from different waitress, 8 eur... asked why first one was more expensive, oh sorry, our mistake, will give discount on the next one, ok bring the next one...contacless payment and see on the phone that no discount... so got 2eur from tourist, well done, would leave at least 5eur tips, now 0.
