객실을 3일에 한번청소한다는 어이없는호텔 수건도 안바꿔줘서 직접교환받아와야함

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel is in a good location. It is close to the metro, which makes it easy to get to any part of the city. The room was warm, and we had a large balcony. The price is also affordable. What we think could be improved to enhance the overall quality of the hotel is cleanliness and some details in the room. There was quite a lot of dust, the walls were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The balcony could not be locked and was shared with other rooms, which did not provide a sense of privacy. In addition, we received only one pair of slippers for two people, the toilet brush was old and rusty. We believe this hotel has great potential and that with a few small improvements it could be much better.

Llegue el 28 de diciembre a las 10 pm, teniam sobrevendido hotel feo , tuve q reservar otro lugar

الاوتيل جدا سيء من ناحية الخدمة والصغير جدا ولا يوجد ماء للشرب ولا محارم فقط موقعه جيد غير ذالك لاانصح به اذا
