ORTAKÖY HOTEL

2021-2022’de kaldığımızda o kadar kaliteli güzeldi ki. Yine tercihimiz burası oldu. Bence pişmanlık. Kahvaltı yok, otopark zaten yok… hizmet aşırı düşmüş o eski personellerin samimiyeti asla yok.

Otelin yeri olağanüstü güzel. Büyük mecidiye camisine 2-3 dk yürüme mesafesi. Araç park yeri yok o sıkıntı. Ben bir yolunu bulup ordaki dubaları açık görünce daldım kıyıya parkettim sabah erkenden de ayrıldım. Oda küçük ama heryer mermerden yapılmış çok keyif verici. Gece geç saatte gelip erken çıktım bu yüzden daha fazla deneyimim olmadı

Her şey çok güzel tavsiye ederim konumu itibarıyla personelin davranışı her türlü her yere hakim konumda olması çok iyiydi

Almanya’dan arkadaşlarımla 4 gece konakladık . Otelin tarihi yapısına bayıldım .Ortaköy sahiline ve çeşitli kafe , restaurantlara yürüme mesafesinde . Bir daha tekrar geleceğiz Canteky bey başta olmak üzere tüm personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Seneye tekrar kesinlikle bu oteli tercih edeceğiz .

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Very poor customer service, no help with luggage, and the rooms did not match the booking (I reserved three rooms next to each other but they were on different floors). Extremely noisy next to the disco and the cleanliness was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? أسوأ تجربة فندقية مرّت علي. سوء معاملة، مافي خدمة لحمل الشنط، الغرف غير مطابقة للحجز (طلبت ثلاث جنب بعض ولقيناها موزعة على طوابق مختلفة)، إزعاج شديد بجانب الديسكو، ونظافة سيئة جدًا. ما أنصح أبداً بالحجز فيه.

بفضل قربه من جميع المواقع المركزية، أسعدنا الفندق بجودة خدماته العالية وكرم ضيافته. قد تواجهون مشاكل في ركن السيارة إذا استأجرتم سيارة. عدا ذلك، كان كل شيء مثاليًا. سنعود بالتأكيد.

The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had to check out after the first night although we had booked and paid for two nights. They didn’t offer a refund. The room is dirty, it stinks of cigarettes and we didn’t sleep at all as the hotel is located next to multiple bars and clubs. The music/noise was on till 4am and our room was seriously located next to those clubs. The hotel had no facilities at all, not even a lobby. Please do not stay here, it’s not worth your money. Worse hotel experience ever.
