The pharmacy staff are always helpful and professional. Every visit, I’m greeted with warm smiles from both the owners and employees. If a medicine isn’t in stock, they do their best to assist, and they never try to sell unnecessary products. They give honest advice — for example, if paracetamol is enough, they’ll simply recommend using what you already have. Their support, especially for common cold symptoms, is always reliable.

Top level service. Onur speaks very good English which is so helpful (and quite rare). I needed some medicine that is very hard to find in Turkey and Onur ordered it for me and it arrived the next day! Currently, the best pharmacy in Kas. Thanks so much!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a pharmacist. She was completely unprofessional and full of herself. She didn’t listen while I was explaining my problem, ignored me, and moved on to another client before I even finished my sentence. I have never experienced such disrespect. This pharmacy really needs to reconsider its service.
